Need a snack? Try this:

Toasted Ravioli

Boil some mini ravioli.
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
In a bowl big enough to hold the ravioli, whisk two eggs.
In another bowl, mix 1 cup breadcrumbs, a few tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, some dried basil, oregano, and pepper.
Rinse the cooked ravioli in cold water.
Coat with egg.
Coat with breadcrumbs.
Put on cookie sheet.
Spray with Pam.
Bake at 375 for 12-17 minutes, until toasted.
Dip in salsa.
