Rowan and Dagny weren't so impressed with these, but Jon and I like them a lot. They're good plain, but I add some jam for extra yum.

Brown Sugar Muffins

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
